On day one you pay the setup fee plus your first month's subscription. Anniversary Specials (first 10 sign-ups): $249 setup + $139 or $199/mo. Regular rate: $349 setup + $159 or $259/mo. That covers everything — we build your bot, train it on your business, and get it live on your site within 48 hours. From month two onward, it's just the flat monthly rate.

After. We begin building your bot once the setup fee and first month are confirmed. You'll receive a short onboarding form within a few hours of payment — we use your answers to train the bot on your services, ZIP codes, pricing range, and FAQs. Go-live target is 48 hours from when you complete that form.

No contracts. It's month-to-month — you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. That said, the setup fee is non-refundable since that covers the work of building and configuring your custom bot. Once it's built, it's yours for as long as you stay active.

Not much. When you complete the onboarding form we'll ask for:

• → Your service list (AC repair, heating, tune-ups, installs, etc.)
• → Your service area (cities or ZIP codes)
• → Rough pricing ranges (we don't need exact — ballparks work)
• → Your business hours and emergency line
• → Any FAQs you get asked constantly

If you have a website, we'll pull from that too. You don't need to write anything from scratch.

For the Chat AI plan — yes, you need somewhere to embed the chat widget. It can be an existing site, a simple one-pager, even a Google Business site. If your site is outdated or basic, the bot will still work fine — it handles the conversation so the site just needs to exist and load.

For the Chat + Voice AI plan — the voice agent works independently of your website. It connects to your business phone line, so even if you have no website at all, the voice AI can still answer every call.

The Chat AI plan includes your website chat bot, a real-time lead email notification every time a lead is captured, a client lead-tracking portal, and a booking calendar link setup (we set up a free Calendly if you don't have one) — all delivered as part of onboarding. The bot answers visitor questions 24/7, qualifies leads, captures contact info, books appointments, and handles your FAQ load so you're not fielding the same questions all day. Your portal shows every lead captured, estimated revenue, ROI, and houses all your files in one place. What it all adds up to: no website visitor leaves without being engaged, and no lead falls through the cracks.

Everything in the Chat AI plan, plus a voice AI agent that answers your business phone line — picks up in under 2 seconds, handles common questions, collects caller info, and can warm-transfer urgent calls directly to your cell. Every call gets a transcript and summary notification sent to you after it ends. The plan includes 200 voice minutes per month — enough for roughly 50–100 calls depending on call length. Overage minutes are billed at cost if you exceed that.

For most small HVAC businesses, yes. The average HVAC call handled by the voice AI runs 2–4 minutes — so 200 minutes covers roughly 50–100 calls per month. Most small-to-mid HVAC operations receive 20–60 inbound calls monthly outside of peak season. If you're in a heavy-volume period (summer heat waves, for example) and go over, any additional minutes are billed at cost — no surprise markups. We'll flag you before it becomes an issue.

The chat bot is branded as your company's assistant — it uses your name, your tone, and your information. Most visitors treat it like live chat. For the voice AI, it's designed to sound natural and conversational — not robotic. That said, we never instruct it to claim it's human if asked directly. It's positioned as your virtual assistant or dispatch support — which is accurate and keeps you on the right side of customer trust.

If you cancel, your bot goes offline at the end of your current billing period. The setup fee is non-refundable — that covered the build work. If you come back, there's no new setup fee as long as your business details haven't changed significantly. We keep your configuration on file for 60 days after cancellation.

Yes. Updates are included in your monthly subscription. Just message us with the changes — new service areas, updated pricing ranges, seasonal promos, new FAQs — and we'll update the bot within 1–2 business days. You don't need to log in anywhere or touch any settings yourself.
